Ginger & Garlic Mix Paste Sapna 1kg

I have used this brand for years now, its appears to have one of the highest ginger to garlic ratios in these pastes and lower vinegar content than some others. The flavours are excellent with no nasty aftertaste and as a preserved ginger/garlic paste I think it's one of the best. Well worth a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

The paste is of great quality, and it’s a bang for a buck! One thing which I would have given 5star is about the mix itself! Could have been grinned even more for a paste consistency. Don’t get me wrong It tastes the great in cooking but the garlics are not finely grinned (maybe this batch which I got is not properly grinned).Overall its a great product, would definitely buy it again, hopefully the next batch is properly grinned!You can absolutely go for it!Hope this helps!

SAPNA Ginger & Garlic paste 1kg! Lovely thick strong Garlic & ginger paste. Beware its very SALTY, and the ginger threads/strings are a bit long in it, but it's gorgeous and yummy. Ideal for Garlic bread, pizza, soups etc. Not very spicy, but saves me peeling cloves! 34% both of ginger and garlic, not bad! I got a HUGE 1KG of the stuff for less than £6.70, bargain! Too much space in the package, perhaps too much wastage! But very nice, just Beware the salt levels! UK 28.10.23
