Great mouse
Love the web based control panel and functionalities. Comfortable in the hand and very easy to use.

Lovely hamster
Horizontal scroll seems quite stiff to my liking and side button location took a bit of getting used to. Overall decent weight and fit. Have yet to config

Perfect gaming equivalent of an MX master
The mouse is perfect for me, I wanted an MX Master however I cannot deal with the low polling rate for gaming, for me this is the next best thing. The mouse wheel takes some time to get used to as it scrolls either notch less or semi notch less but is great now I'm used to it. Button clicks are quiet and soft which is perfect for me, if you're used to normal gaming mice with hard loud clicks this will be a bit jarring.

Great MX Master Replacement
I'd give the mouse 4.5 stars. Connection is quick and easy. 2.4ghz adapter works great. 8k polling rate is smooth as butter. Mouse is light and feels good in the hand. Only real complaint is the button to change the mouse wheel scrolling. Its very clunky/hard to press and doesn't match the rest of the mouse. Battery life has great so far.

Good choice, but there’s better
Good mouse. Suited more for smaller hands, less grippy than other mouse’s

Good
Dont think ive left a review for anything in my life for a positive reason Im giving it 4 starts only because the side scroll wheel is a bit funky. But its such a comfortable shape and i cant get iver how satisfying the clicks are. Very clean design and easy to use highly recommend

Not Great
Mushy buttons and shape that is awkward to pickup

This is basically an alternative to Logitech MX Master mice, but with a higher polling rate for those who want productivity and gaming features together. I've got the 8K version, as it was the only one with the metal scroll wheel. With a price tag of $140 this is an expensive mouse. My main problems: * Mushy left and right buttons with low feedback * Left and right buttons are not silent and also have noticeably different noises. My left button sounds way louder and cheaper * The scroll mode selector button should be pressed hard to change mode * Scrolling does not wake the mouse up so reading a long documents requires constantly moving the mouse to stop it from going into power save * Plastic side scroll wheel that is difficult to use * The overall shape of the mouse is uncomfortable for me * Keychron refers warranty to the supplier rather than upholding their own product

Got the 8K version. Overall very good mouse, lots of positives including flexibility, works on Linux, no crappy software installation, more than enough battery life, decent scroll wheel and buttons, polling rate and sensor overall are definitely more than I need, etc. Finish and build quality are good, I like that it doesn't have the rubber thing that the MX Master has and gets nasty over time (even if you clean it), and the weight/material feel is ok, I'd say in between Logitec ergo stuff and their gaming products. A few things bothered me though: - The scroll wheel toggle is a bit hard/loud, and the horizontal scroll wheel is not as good as the main one (still better that the plastic ones from Razer), but that's not too bad either, just something to keep in mind so you don't get surprised. - Bluetooth connection is not very reliable, had to re-connect to my SteamDeck and my Windows laptop several times because it kept “forgetting” that it was already paired. Also, over Bluetooth sometimes it causes the cursor to jump like when you have poor signal, but it happens sometimes even with the mouse right next to the laptop. It gets better, but sometimes it's just bad, so I usually just use the wifi dongle to avoid going insane. - The shape is ok but it's weird. I've used Logitec MX Master series and the grip on this one is quite a bit narrower, much more than I anticipated (and I don't have big hands, my palm is wide but nothing out of the ordinary for a relatively short man). My previous mouse is a Razer Deathadder Elite and I can tell you, both my MX Master and my Razer have more comfortable grip, I find myself going back to the wired Razer just for the better feel. All that said, I can forgive the buttons/scroll wheel difference because it's not too bad if I'm honest. As for the shape and grip size, that's just preference, not the best match for me but still can be awesome for others. The Bluetooth issues are the ones that made me drop a star, I can still ignore it because I don't care too much for BT, but it's still a big issue most of the time, so I think it's fair to warn others who might want to use it primarily via Bluetooth.

I got this mouse to replace a Logitech MX Master 3S that I lost. Overall I think the Logitech has this mouse beat on ergonomics and feel. While the Keychron feels fine, it lacks the soft touch tactility of the MX Master, and fits smaller in the hand. My hands are average sized and it doesn’t quite fit as well. The horizontal scroll wheel doesn’t scroll quickly enough, and is placed in a weird spot, too far back from where the thumb normally rests. The vertical scroll wheel doesn’t dynamically adjust scroll speed like the MX Master, you have to click a button to scroll more quickly. All that said there are two standout features. One is the responsiveness and max polling rate. The other is that the MX Master can not be used as a wired mouse, the wire is just for charging, whereas this mouse can be switched to wired mode. This mouse is very good, and I’ll keep it, but for most people, you should splurge and get the MX Master.

The scroll on the horizontal scroll wheel was really slow, and there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust it in the keychron web app. BUT you can (in windows) go into control panel and turn the speed up on the horizontal scroll to fix it. The shape of the mouse feels fantastic. Its really comfortable, and all the buttons are easily reachable without contorting my hand. Its a lot lighter than I'm used to, but I've gotten used to it pretty quickly. It might be a bit small for someone with big hands, so if that's the case, I'd try to get a hold of one to see if its comfortable first. The buttons are also very silent, which threw me off a bit, but I can see where that's a benefit if you're in an office environment.

New favorite mouse. The side buttons are a bit small but still easily useable. Everything feels great. Feels premium while remaining lighter weight. Infinite scroll feels great. Finish doesn’t leave any fingerprints. All the buttons are silent (even L/R click and the scroll wheel). Have done some light gaming with it and have zero complaints. If you’re looking for an alternative to the MX master series you’ve found it at a competitive price.
