Great little machine! I only hear it running if I’m really paying attention, and it’s only once or twice a day. It will start humming a little while it is heating/cooling the separate water compartments. I used to have a top load machine and I was sick of having to flip a 5 gallon jug of water upside down while trying not to spill it everywhere in the process, so this is exactly what I needed! Also has a nice little nightlight that you can switch on and off, great for me because I keep it in my room for filling my water bottle and making tea (hot water is BOILING hot, so that works great too!) so it’s nice to have light source if I get up to get a drink in the middle of the night. And I don’t have to walk all the way to the kitchen which is the best part 😁 Only issue I’ve had is that the little error light to switch out the jug will sometimes stay on after I’ve just put one in, but if you just open and close the door, that fixes it right away. I guess opening and closing the door activates some kind of sensor that tests how much water is in the jug. You can also turn the hot and cold water features off individually which is great! If I ever have someone visiting with tiny humans, I can shut the hot water portion off completely. It already has a great child safety on the hot water, but it’s nice to have the extra assurance :)

I'm just one person using it and the water is always hot and cold every time. I think it can do 2-3 large cups before needing to heat/cool again, but it appears to do so very quickly. When I first turned on, I had chilled water in just a few minutes. Totally silent heating, same noise level as a dorm room fridge for cooling. Very quiet pump to replenish water from the bottom bottle when dispensed. Very narrow, fits anywhere. Holds about 2 gallons in the heated/cooled tanks. LED light at dispensing area is nice. Includes self cleaning feature and easy to remove the top to manually clean the cooling tank (The tank lid comes right off once top cosmetic cover is removed). There is a drain on back for draining to facilitate cleaning. Would be nice if there was a small shelf or somewhere to store the bottle cap when bottle is in use. Read instruction manual before using with 3 gallon bottle - you don't need to cut the pickup tube like I stupidly did before reading that the bottle neck adapter is adjustable. Other than that, very happy with the purchase.

Thankful to not have to lift the heavy jugs anymore! The bottom-load design is a total game changer—we have never had one and so no more awkward jug-flipping or surprise splash zones. Swapping out bottles is quick, clean, and painless (my back says thank you). And it looks much nicer, blending right into my kitchen. The water temperature options are spot-on. Cold is refreshingly chilly, and hot is just right for instant coffee or a quick cup of noodles. It’s surprisingly quiet, too—no annoying humming or buzzing in the background.

This dispenser was junk from the beginning. Weak motor or pump which would cause it to take literally a few minutes to fill a standard water bottle. Hot water side worked great, but cold water side did not. Finally gave out completely. Would not recommend. I’ve used much better models.

We purchased this to serve hot beverages at our Observatory during winter star parties. It managed wonderfully while people were coming by a few at a time. At one point we had a large crowd, which drained the hot water. It was a 15-20 minute wait while a new batch heated. Otherwise, it worked fine for us on this first experiment. It's a great style, easy to set up, and we especially like the safety feature on the hot water dispenser. I purchased it precisely for the red paddle on the hot water, so it would be very obvious in the low light of the event. The night light is a nice feature.

This Water Cooler is extremely easy to use when your hands are full, etc. Just like a beverage machine, it has paddle switches so you just hold your container up the spigot and it fills. And once you've tapped the hot water safety button, it stays locked so you don't have to continue to hold a button while the container fills. This is also a bottom loader, so you can easily slide the full jug into place without lifting. It has a flat top so you can set your container lid down while filling the container and you don't have to stand there holding stuff like an idiot until your bottle is filled. I can't think of anything that could make this better than it already is. And if you are still undecided.... This thing has a lighted dispensing area so you can still get your fill -even at night!

Love the machine but the day it arrived there was a dent on the machine on the side. I’d hate to return and go through the process as it’s my second time ordering. I do hate that it has a dent but machine works great even dispenses cold water.

Some of these reviews seem to reflect user error. Specifically the ones about leaks. If you follow the set up instructions, properly flush the system, you'll be fine. Don't forget to re install the drain plug. I imagine that's why people have leaks. We haven't had any issues. By flushing the system you clean out the new plastic smell and taste. I'd say after a few glasses it was gone. We're 20 gallons into use and have had no issues. Water pump is more quiet than any other machine I've used. Chiller is quiet. Heater is very quiet. Also has night lite. We like it.

One of the nicer looking water dispensers I've seen. Works as it should, It hides the jug of water, hot and cold water are great temps... However. It makes an awful high pitched ringing noise. We end up turning switching it off most of the time we are in vicinity because it runs non stop and is very loud and we've even had guests ask us to turn it off. Which means hot and cold water is not always readily available. It's a shame as it's expensive. Wish we could return. I'd take an ugly clunky one over this because of the awful noise.
