Does this work on model 3 19" sport wheel, silver rims?

I bought glass black and it works beautifully.

Will this adhere to satin black automotive plastic?

its designed for metal. Not sure about the flexiablty of plastic. May cause it to crack off

Would this work on an exhaust tip?

I used it on my wheels and it was a very close match and has been holding up with out any chipping or discoloration. I don't think it will work, unless the seller can provide a high heat temperature rating (like Rust-Oleum Automotive High Heat Spray Paint - 2000 degrees). You can spray a large amount on a surface and use a brush or toothpick to touch up the damaged area.
