The 30130 do not come with dividers. The dividers 40130 are sold separately.

What are the crosswise divers for this product?

The crosswise dividers are plastic pieces that seperate areas of the bin so that small parts can be stored seperately. Great idea for bin division.

Do they make a bracket that you can attach them on a wall

These are not designed to hang, look at the AkroBins, they have a built in bracket for hanging. AkroBin 30230, AkroBin 30234.
