Is this corrosion resistant (can it be used outdoors)?

It is plated steel. It will eventually rust. It is rust resistant. That won't last forever, even less time in a salt water environment. I don't believe it is designed for outdoor applications.

Does it come with the T-screws?

what size screws do I need to buy? Not T-screw, but mounting screws.

A #6 x 1/2 inch or #8 x 1/2 inch screw is recommended.

Top security mount hardware only.

If you have ever used security mount hardware, you know that the bottom pieces have bumpers to gently leave an indentation on the wall so that you can make drill your hardware into the right spot. These are strictly uppers!! If you order this large a quantity, chances are you're doing it for professional reasons, and you cannot complete a job without a full set.
