Which electric pump might work with this? Preferably one that I can plug into my car outlet.

Truthfully, unless you are severely disabled, the foot pump that accompanies this product works quickly and easily. There are many pumps available on the Amazon website that will fit into your car outlet if that is what you prefer. As they are made for air mattresses, they will fit.

May I please ask you to tell me how to deflate it, how long it takes to deflate and whether or not it *fully* deflates using this method. Thank you!

Just sleep on it. It will deflate on its own during the night.
