I cannot give an accurate review of this item because I buy it for my sister's husband who is having some dementia issues and had lost a lot of weight. Weight wise he is doing much better, eating better and has put on some weight. This is about all I can say. Mushrooms are very healthy so I think they probably help to keep the brain issues at bay.

I didn't like this product. It wasn't for me, I didn't feel any difference, so it was a waste of money for me, but you gotta tried it to find out. My sister takes it and she thinks it helps her...
