Q: Some have reported getting counterfeit items. Can reviews list the name of the seller so we know the good from the bad?

Amazon Prime and the razors are really BAD! Bad Razor rash, Bumps, and cuts! It’s no joke and it’s a new razor that doesn’t last one shave and we deserve to know WHY? I’ve also used these razors for years, and the last year I’ve ordered them from Amazon and they’re NOT the same. They don’t last through ONE shave before it’s dull and it breaks you out and infects your skin. They’re the worse razors NOW! Walmart sells this same razor and it’s doing the same thing online. They’re NOT the same razors and they did use to last a month or more using it everyday, but the don’t last halfway through ONE shave! It poses me off because I buy 100.00 worth of them a month and they’re worse than any razor I’ve ever used! The eat your kin up and please don’t use! I’m calling Amazon about this. I’m glad I’m NOT the only one that thought something was amiss! My skin is on fire and gives you horrible razor rash and bumps! It didn’t do this a year ago! I bought mine straight from Amazon Prime!

Q: What is the difference between Hydro 3 and Hydro 5??

The Hydro 5 has 5 stainless steel metal blades and a flip trimmer ending blade as well, whereas, the Hydro 3 only has 3 stainless steel metal blades and no flip trimmer.

Q: Any suggestions for a "newbie" on how to insert & lock a new blade on to this razor? No instructions included.

Hello, When you are putting on a new blade, the button does not need to be pressed. Press firmly against the back of the cartridge in the holder, making sure that the black button is facing the top rear of the Green strip. Once locked in place, slide the cartridge out. If a cartridge is outside of the case, hold the blade between your fingers carefully and press against the journal arms to lock. Once finished with a blade, press the button forward to remove the blade.

Q: How long do they retain their sharpness?
