I need to apologise!!!! This this is the platform.I started the procedure to return my diffusers after I thought they cane with no cables.They did have cables but everything was neatly tucked up inside the diffuser, the ensure less packaging.If you open yours and think there are no cables included, open the actual diffuser and you will find them. I will obviously not be returning them or asking for my money back. They are great value for money and attractive. I am so impressed that the managed to use less packaging.Sincere apologies again.AM

Certainly not disappointed by this device.Just fill with water, choose if you want the light on or not, set the timer and away it goes!Small puffs of vapor are emitted with a great oil scent of your choice.Pine effect matched my wooden decor, very nice.

Bought this product for my dad for his birthday and he loves it!! Set up instructions are easy to use and he got it working very quickly! One fill up lasts for a long time and with essential oils in it it smells amazing. The colours are very calming too!

The item was good for a few weeks, the product stopped working as soon as it passed return by date. It would power on for 2-3 seconds and automatically turn off. Cleaned out and tried to reuse still did not work, contacted manufacturer and seller no response, very unhappy.

Works well so far and is easy to set up and use, the reason I gave a lower mark for smell was the oils I purchased at the same time (from a different supplier) were inferior in smell so until I obtain better oils then I cannot realistically comment on that point, otherwise very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others!

Put this on last night - really easy set-up and very simple to use. Looks nice on the shelf and is very quiet. Makes the room smell great! I like using lavender oil for sleep.

Comes in a proper size, works well, not too loud when turn on. However, as I’m very sensitive too noise, I need too keep it a little bit far from my bed when I’m sleeping.
