A Well Built Pan
This pan is a solid choice. I like the stainless steel handle. Many are a cheap plastic. Not this one. The lid is also a great quality glass and stainless steel lid. The pan is fairly heavy so it isn't cheap. It cooks well. I've made Gumbo, gravy, enchiladas, chili, burritos and much more with it. All turned out awesome. No burning. Clean up is a breeze. Nothing sticks on it. I did use an olive oil spray each time with made clean up flawless. I like that I can stick it in the oven after cooking something and bake whatever it is. It's not going to burn like something with plastic. I like the non toxic coating too. It is large enough to cook a large meal without being enormous. You have plenty of room to cook about anything you want. Thumbs up on this pan!

Small But Mighty
This little skillet is a total gem! It's just the right size for single servings - super versatile - whether you're whipping up a morning egg or a mini grilled cheese it is up to the task. My senior mom starts every day with it, and my cousin swears by it in her college dorm kitchen. Heats evenly, cleans easily, and takes up almost no space. The quality holds up beautifully—after several runs through the dishwasher, there's been no warping, discoloration or stickiness develop. If you're cooking for one, this pan is your loyal sidekick!

This pan is awesome!!
This is a great pan. I really don't even have to use oils or butters with it. I fry up bacon in this thing all the time and it slides around in there so nicely. I love the large size and I never have an issue with the handles getting hot. I just a little bit on the heavy side and because of its size it can be a little awkward to hold with one hand especially if you have a lot of stuff cooking in it. But it does have that little side handle to help you with balance. I think the only time I find it awkward is when I'm trying to wash it so I have a wash rag in one hand and the pan and another and that's when it can get a little unbalanced and awkward trying to hold it. But, yeah, I'm absolutely happy I decided with this purchase. I looked up pots and pans and red reviews and was all over the place for literally several days before I decided on this one. And I still wasn't positive that it made the right choice. I'm positive now. And I definitely recommend this pan.I have used this pan on both a gas and electric stove. Cooks evenly. Very nice.

Hand wash
Really nice pan but I do NOT recommend the dishwasher as you lose the non-stick quality by doing so. This is my second purchase and it has lasted by hand washing.

Liner chipped within the first 6 months
I got the pan and loved it for the first 5 months. I have a gas range with a double ring burner so there were no issues with heat distribution. It was totally nonstick. I was considering ordering several other of their products. And then….I noticed several white spots inside the pan. I thought I didn’t wash it properly. On closer inspection I discovered the lining was chipping. I am 70 and have been carrying for nonstick pans for around the last 30 years. I have silicone or wood cooking utensils. I use a bamboo brush or use a sponge to clean them. Once a month I put it into the dishwasher. Their advertising said they last 10 times LONGER. I usually get 3-4 years out of a Walmart nonstop pan at a quarter of the price.I thought no problem. I just call customer support and they’ll replace their defective product. NO WAY!!! They said I mistreated the pan and their warranty only covers manufacturing defects. I reminded them about all of the advertising claims they made about long life and you can use metal utensils. I explained how I care for my cookware and after reading all of the negative reviews on Amazon they obviously didn’t have a product that lived up to their claims. I asked them for a replacement and they offered a 10% discount on a new one. Plus they said since they use only “safe materials” there was no problem with me EATING THEIR LINER CHIPPING OFF INTO MY FOOD. While they may technically be correct, would any company like to tell their customers that? What a great public relations position!!!!So I’m throwing it away after 6 months when they claimed it lasted 10 TIMES LONGER. Read all the reviews and don’t buy this product.
