what is the weight capacity of this bag? Is it big enough for impact electric drill, cordless drill and hand mill?

It's strong engouth to hold a person more than 50 kilos! I've tried!!

Does it stay open and upright or does it always want to close and collapse?

It closes a bit, just due to the construction. It does stay upright - this is a good quality bag for the money. I am very happy with it.

Product description says its a small tool bag for men, does that mean it won't work as a small tool bag for a women? oh well...too bad!

It works no matter what sex you are 😃 But you'll need to resist over filling it! We live what we call the "dad bag". It's great quality and easily organized

Does anyone use it and tell me the material of the tool bag?

I use this tool bag and it’s the perfect size for just the few tools I need.. It’s made out of a good heavy canvas and should last for some time....
