I heard about sea moss a few weeks ago and the benefits that come with it. I started researching this herb and wanted to give it a try.I started with Amazon. I looked for the highest quality, organic and potent form of sea moss. I came across Herb and Beyond especially because of the reviews of the quality and health results. The product came a week earlier than expected. I no longer felt the aches in my feet and knees like I did before. At times, I didn't even notice that the sea moss helped with the pain. I am dealing with a little bronchitis and am beginning to feel much better these days. The mucous buildup is not as much now.The bottle contains 100 easy to swallow capsules. The capsules are kosher, halal and vegan. The product comes in a sealed amber glass bottle. You have to take 2 capsules per day followed by 64 oz of water. I'm guessing it helps with breaking down and flushing out the mucous from the sea moss. Although it's not a big deal, the only thing that I don't like is the fishy taste of the pills. If you put the pills in your mouth, you will definitely notice it. If you don't want to taste the pill, put some liquid in your mouth, then pop the pills and swallow. The fishy taste is a good indicator that its pure sea moss since its from the ocean.So far I like this product from Herb & Beyond. For all those who follow the blueprint of Dr. Sebi, this product is inspired by him. I appreciate the quality and effort in making this product. I will definitely be ordering more. Give it a try.

I am a huge fan now of IRISH SEA MOSS:) I had a friend who started taking it because he had liver problems. He recommended it to me and I bought a bottle and the rest is history I have not been slouchy,nor any aches and pains in my neck,hands or back. I did have a heavy cycle(TMI) but other than that I have even been in a better mood not getting sad so easily. I recommend this supplement for over all health.

First time user.Product does what it says. I have noticed a huge decrease in mucous related to my asthma, energy, and mood.Cons- I had spillage of some capsules.

I like the sea moss capsules, because I buy the bulk and clean all the sand off, wash in water few times then soak or boil in water until it expands almost triple the size, so taking the capsules are just as good. Sea moss on the go while I have the bulk soaking.Sea moss also keeps you from feeling hungry. I love it.

This product does work we are going on our 3 bottle .you must drink the water as it says or more cause water activate the pills.gets ride of the mucus in your body and you will start having less pain for sure .my husband and I have cut out meat, starch, milk, sugar which cause pain and inflammation in the body....

I started taking this product one week ago and I feel good. I make sure I drink the recommended amount of water so that I am hydrated. I like the product so far.

It is a great product and has reduced my mucus in the body. With I followed tge instructions of drinking 64oz of water. Also cut out lactise, milk, cheese from my diet.
