Sweet and tangy...
Flavour was awful. But when cooked tastes like heaven. Watch Sam the cooking guy. He made full chicken with this sauce. Awesome. Tastes sweet and tangy . Fits perfect with chicken.

I ordered it some time back and I was watching this video the other day which suggested that the best hoisin for those who don't live in China is hoisin. So I guess I hit the jackpot lol.

Hoisin sauce
I just use it with chicken as suggested on the bottle recipe and it is delicious that way. It has a sweetness to it that makes this sauce unique.
