Excellent customer service!
I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. She LOVES it. Overall, it works great. However, every once in a while, it intermittently turns itself off and on. I looked to see if I could return it and get a replacement but my return time limit had expired. So I reached out to the seller-CellElectronix III to see what my options were. They mailed me the return label and let me return for a replacement! They could have easily dismissed me and said sorry about your luck and technically that would have been fair. But no, they went above and beyond and made it right for us. Thank you! Note: We think we figured out why it was working intermittently. We think it’s probably because my wife uses it when she rides her exercise bike. So the sweat and moisture may be causing that as it is not designed to be water resistant. The AirPods Pro is, so we may upgrade to that soon.

Look at photo! These are dead, but shows charged….
Not recommended! Photo shows what my iPhone shows as to the battery level of these AirPods. But these are dead. They turned off without an additional warnings. The battery life is maybe two hours. I would not recommend purchasing from here our other online retailers that I’ve had more luck with. I ordered from Amazon because I thought it was a faster shipping, but it’s not worth it for the issues I’m having.

Only buy if apple is out of stock :) other than the price it’s a great option!
Great product came fairly quickly.... few scuffs in case and buds were not completely clean but that’s expected for a refurbished item, a bit over priced obviously would recommend to just buy new from apple and safe the $40 if they are not out of stock like when I ordered!

Fit for purpose!
Good value for money, sometimes takes ages to connect and people can’t hear me very well but overall they are handy! They looked very clean and brand new upon arrival so very happy with that.

The airpods are not working properly, they switch off themselves and disconnect from my phone. Not good quality at all and l am not happy about them, l regret buying them.
