I started getting these while I was pregnant and they helped my nausea so much! They taste great and are a great value for how many you get! I find them not to taste too strongly which is awesome because I'm not a big fan of ginger honestly.

Absolutely baffled by the comments claiming that these taste nothing like ginger. I ordered 2 different flavors, the Super Strength and the Double Strength. Now, the Super Strength is listed under their "hard candy" section, though it should be noted that nowhere on the bag itself is it described this way. It IS relatively hard when you first take it out of the wrapper, but after sucking on it for a few seconds, it very quickly becomes chewy. This one also had the strongest ginger flavor out of the two of them, and you can really tell it's made with fresh ginger and not artificial, which I appreciate. The Double Strength on the other hand, DOES actually say "hard ginger candy" on the package, and it stays hard and new chewy the whole way through. I think that while I like the flavor of the Super Strength more, the Double Strength will probably become my go-to, as sucking on a hard candy typically helps me when I'm feeling nauseous to begin with, so this hard ginger candy is definitely something I'll be keeping in my purse from now on. I would also say that while it's not as ginger-y per se, it does leave you with a little more heat in your throat than the other flavor. I did also check the dates on mine immediately, because I saw some reviews claiming to be sent expired ones, but mine are all good for the next 2-3 years. I also find them to be an excellent value, since the alternatives at my local pharmacies all charged $14+ for a bag about the same size, and these were $3-$5 instead. Now, why did I give this 4 out of 5 stars if I love them both so much? Packaging. The packaging for these is atrocious. As you can see in the pictures, after tearing along the Tear Here line, the bags were both still sealed below the line. I actually had to take scissors to the yellow bag TWICE after the initial tear just to get it open. It seems like a huge flaw, especially since I originally tried to open these in my car where I didn't have access to scissors. I'm sure SOMEONE could brute force it and pull the opening apart, but I didn't want to mess up the bag so bad that it wouldn't be resealable after. So overall, great value, great taste, just needs some adjustments where the packaging is concerned. I'll definitely be buying more in the future, though.

Love these ginger chews. I always want to eat the entire bag. The sugar isn’t too horrible so I feel less guilty eating these versus regular candy. The ginger is also not too spicy.

I am on the glp-1 journey and cannot eat after 5pm. Nocturnal dyspepsia interrupts sleep if I do. So…. A wee bit of dessert in a spicy ginger bit later in the evening is perfect. I chop this candy into 4pieces and enjoy sucking the sweets (l’ll pull off my crowns if I try to chew the little pieces).

These actually work! Got these for chemo, and shared with a friend who has had over 3 years of intractable nausea - taking up to 60mg of Ondansetron daily - and shockingly they work better for her than any prescription meds she has tried; 4 days now, no meds, and every time she gets nauseous, she sucks one of these and has not vomited once. This is actually the best 4 days she has had in three years, and the longest she has been off meds! Flavor, again, shockingly quite pleasant - especially for someone like me who finds ginger unpleasant. It is neither harsh, nor strong, and surprisingly not super gingery. Just pop one in your mouth, and within minutes that "feeling" goes away, and you are actually even able to eat!

J'aime ces pastilles, le goût est bien balancé ce qui est ni trop piquant, ni trop sucré. Il y a aussi beaucoup de bienfaits; pour les gens qui ont susceptible d'avoir le mal du transport, aide la digestion si consommé avant ou après un repas, aide avec les nausées, aide à soulager le mal de gorge, aide à éclaircir la voir, aide même après une soirée arrosée. J'en ai toujours avec moi!

From the price of item I was expecting several bags, however I received 1 little bag for $30!!! Originally this bag costs around $3 at supermarkets. This is the most ridiculous purchase I've ever made. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!
