Beano Tablets | Take Beano To Help Digest Gas Causing Foods | 100 Tablets Per Box | Packaging May Vary

sorry but this dietary supplement has no effect on gas, flatulence. I tried for several days, but it does nothing.

This is a miracle medicine for people who have difficulty digesting foods like beans, cabbage family vegetables(Cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts) , onion and garlic. This is just an enzyme some of us are missing in our stomach/ digestive tract. This enzyme helps with digestion. Absolutely no side effects. Only thing is you have to take this table 15-20 min before eating a meal. It keeps a check on your stomach and a happy gut. I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely amazing! Im 56 & eat like sparrow. I do find one tablet with each meal is plenty. No more needed to take something daily to poo. Keeps me regular & loads less discomfort & gas.

Excellent produit.

I have tested the Beano natural digestive enzyme tablets (available in 30 to 150-count packs) and am thoroughly impressed by their preventive effectiveness powered by the natural alpha-galactosidase enzyme. My personal highlights include its proven ability to break down complex carbohydrates in beans, legumes, brassica vegetables, and whole grains before fermentation occurs, preventing gas and bloating before they start without changing food flavors. As notable limitations, however, I must point out that timing is critical—it must be taken right before or during the first bite of food rather than after symptoms develop—and a small subset of users report a slight, subtle aftertaste.

Mi primera opción ante cualquier molestia de indigestión
