Almost perfect, needs Dremel wire mod.
Need slight Dremel modification for antenna wire routing. And don't use lock washer only flat ring for Antenna retention See pics. If you use a high quality antenna wire you need to cut a small notch to allow wire placement and get the Heltec v4 in place.

Great case goes together good
This is a great case for a health tech V4 Fitch in your hand perfect goes together easy and really really like this if I have to order any more cases this will be the one that I order had no trouble connecting the Bluetooth and one I did it went right in with the group battery life's not bad

Nice case. Heltech LoRa 32 V3 Module and 3000 mha battery fit perfectly.

Needs special SMA length.
Over, the case is good for what it is. The only problem is that the case is too thick for a typical a typical male sma connector and you will either have to sand down the case or buy a sma/ufl jumper that has longer sma threads.
