We decided to get a couple of sets of these for home, so we could replicate many of the moves we do at our box gym. These bands are excellent—they're the same, if not better, quality as the gym versions, and we love that they're so small and easy to take with you. We took our sets with us on vacation and were able to incorporate them into the hotel's equipment for an even better workout. Definitely recommend them!

These are first bands that I have owned that haven't snapped on me mid-workout. I've had them for a couple months and they are holding up extremely well. Although when I got them, they had a super strong nasty smell to them and the smell will still get on my hands whenever I use them.

I bought a set of these about a year ago, no problems with it. Then I got another set a couple months ago; it turns out some of the same color bands with the same rating (i.e. "medium") in the new set are thinner and much easier to stretch compared to the original set. It was too late to do an Amazon return, and the manufacturer's website seems to be gone.

My girlfriend and I grabbed the bands before a two week vacation in Europe. Staying in shape is important to us both, but so is packing light and avoiding extra fees. The bands come in a bag that's virtually weightless and could fit comfortably in your pocket if you wanted.The bands don't slip at all, and being able to combine bands to get more resistance when needed is awesome. There are tons of exercises that you can do in small spaces (our hotel rooms definitely weren't large) as well. Love them!

Used this product for squats and glute work. Loved the quality and the option to change resistance. Also felt good on my legs. Others I’ve used pull and rip leg hairs.
