Do your probiotics need to be refrigerated?

Our probiotics do not need to be refrigerated, thanks to our long-lasting probiotic strains and the patented BIO-tract delivery system. You can still refrigerate them if you wish, or just keep them in a cool, dry part of your house.

How do you ensure that your probiotics aren't destroyed by stomach acid?

When our time-release tablets come into contact with moisture, they form a protective gel coating. They slowly release their bacteria over 8-10 hours and deliver up to 15 times more bacteria safely to the gut. Gentle, and effective!

Are there any side effects?

There can be temporary digestive side effects when taking a new probiotic, like gas and bloating. They generally pass within a few days. If you have a sensitive gut, simply break the probiotic tablets in half to give your gut more time to adjust!

How big are the tablets?

The tablets are 0.3 inches wide and 0.7 inches long. Most people find them easy to swallow. If you have trouble swallowing pills, you can break the tablets in half.
