Whatâs the usual BB date on these, i.e. if I were to order a bag now how long would it be good for consumption?

Usually about 12 months plus. I keep mine in glass jars in the refrigerator and possibly in these conditions it will keep for a longer period. It is a really good chocolate, easy to work with and really delicious.

The information on the amazon page says dairy free but on the bag it says "may contain milk" anyone got any more information?

I wondered about this too but on the Callebaut website they have a few 'lactose free' and 'vegan' recipes in which they use the 811 chocolate so they must be pretty confident that there's no milk in it. There's always a chance though as other products the factory makes do contain it so if you're hyper allergic maybe steer clear but otherwise it's probably fine.

I normally get 70% or so, but they only sell that in huge bags. Am I going to find this too sweet, or is it more like Bournville? It's for biscuits.
