The media could not be loaded.  I love it. So easy to use. I made house cleaning much easier. I was using a normal mop before. This one is just amazing. You can add the detergent directly in the small tank. It will save you a lot of water as well. Definitely recommended.

Are the best money ever spent in my last year.. No bucket needed no mess around, fast to clean and to dry.. Finally I don't have to wait for walk inside my house after wash the floor..

I find this mop great. So easy to use, efficient and doesn't make the floor too wet, yet enough to do the job. Very happy with the purchase, and so reasonably priced . Haven't had it long so don't know how long it will last , bearing in mind the price, but seems well made, not flimsy, and should be absolutely fine.

This product is excellent. The handle once assembled is solid, no wobbling around. It is very easy to fill with cleaner, spray and use. The cleaning heads are easily put on and off and wash well in the machine.I would highly recommend this product.

disappointed as is not microfibre is more like a bath towel material and is quite hard, wouldn't buy again, and don't recommend if you are looking for something super soft. easy to put together, not sure how long it would have lasted, not what I wanted

I bought this item mainly to clean utility floor where my large and often wet and dirty German Shepherd dog sleeps! have tried lots of other products but this item does the job like a dream.I am very pleased with this product it is very good value and I would buy again.
