Cat Harness and Leash Set for Walking Escape Proof, Khaki, Large

I wasn’t a cat person and my wife wanted a dog. We went to pet store to get fish for our new pond and ended up coming home with a kitten we rescued. We made her a house cat, but have successfully trained her with the harness and leash and now take her out frequently and have even brought her camping with us. Love the tactical look and the patches that some with it. The handle is great to pick her up quickly if needed and then can hold her property. It took several attempts to get her used to it, and as much as she hated it in the beginning she had gotten used to the harness and doesn’t seem to bother her at all. She will go to the door and basically ask for it to be put on so she can go outside. Once she associated it with being outside she seemed to not mind it all. Highly recommend this style as we tried a different one first. I was skeptical about the Velcro but it holds strong and now prefer it better than any clip. Also seems to fit well while remaining snug and comfortable. I think we started with a medium size based on measurements, but needed to replace with a small for a better fit. Our cat is only about 9-10lbs.

this is the cutest vest ever! The construction of the vest is very high quality. I feel confidant that my cat will not slip out of this vest. It must be comfortable for him to wear, since he's never once fought wearing it. From the very first time I put it on him, he was ready to go! None of that "drag the cat around the room like a dry mop" stuff with this vest. Something about the vest looking so official...as if he's part of a Search & Rescue Operation...he seems to walk a little taller while wearing this vest. Like he has a purpose. I can't say enough about this vest. Both me and my cat are very happy with this unique find!
