DuralexOvenchef® Clear Ramekin, 4.63 oz / 3.375 inches / Set of 4

Tiramisu is tricky to make because it takes experience to know how long to dip the Savoirda ladyfingers into the espresso: not long enough and the Tiramisu is too dry; too long and it's mushy. So I resorted to these ramekins which are small enough that you have to press the ladyfingers into the base and you'll know by the pressing if you have too much or too little espresso in them. This approach serves only 4 people, so there are always leftover ingredients. One of these days I'll conqueur an 8x8 version of Tiramisu, but so far they've been flops.

These ramekins are pretty even when empty, and the 4-ounce size is just right for those of us who are trying to downsize our portions. The Duralex glass is also tough - I've already bounced one off a Corian countertop & it didn't break. The price was low enough that I ordered 2 sets. They are much nicer than my old white ramekins, which discolored from use.

Thes are the perfect size for adding items to my cheese plates. Great quality. Great customer service

These actually exceeded my expectations. I wanted a more decorative set, and preferred melamine, but had a gift card and since "free" is always better, I went with these.. They have already proven themselves as nice and strong with my characteristic rough handling. Also, I thought unbreakable meant unbearable (too heavy) too. On the contrary, they feel just as light as the melamine, no heavier than anything else on your plate so they don't weigh it down or tug it out of balance. So other than not getting some pretty 'lil' thing, I am very pleased.

The Duralex Ramekins are great since they do not contain lead . The Duralex Ramekins are half the price on the Duralex Website .I ordered the Duralex Ramekins from Amazon because of the Free Prime Shipping instead of from the Duralex company . The Ramekins are great. However I just noticed that the Ramekins can be ordered from Amazon through Chefs Choice at a lower price and even with paying shipping the Ramekins are $5+ per box less than ordering from Amazon with free shipping . Amazon Lower Your Price . Just not nice. I would have returned the box of Ramekins bought through Amazon , but I opened the packaging . I ordered 2 more boxes through Chefs Choice at $ 10+ less for the 2 boxes

This is one of my favorite dish sets in the cupboard. Great for melting butter in the microwave, holding shrimp sauce, dips, even cooking a egg. Spray bowl with PAM or similar, crack a whole egg and put it in the remekin, microwave for 30-40 seconds, done! Wow.And, they are imported from France, (not China).You need some of these.

absolutely shattered when it fell, not sure if real duralex. seems like a common issue on amazon lately. not sure if fake but sure seems like it to me.

Die kleinen Schälchen sehen gut aus. Ich hatte aber gedacht, dass sie etwas größer sind.Die angegebenen Maße passen auch nicht genau. Der Schaleninhalt umfasst ca. 90ml Volumen.Die Abmessungen innen sind oben 7,5 cm und unten 6cm.Alles in Allem schöne Schälchen, die ich nur behalte weil ich sie gut für Muffins verwenden kann. Als Vorspeiseschale für zB Suppen (war der eigentliche Grund des Kaufes) halte ich nicht so viel davon.
