Thick bristles and well made paint brush.

Small but quality was good for my DIY project. Definitely worth the money. Did not notice any shedding of bristles.

This stain is exactly as described. I used it in a piece of butcher block I am using as a shelf for a tv on my screened deck. In just two coats it became a rich very dark brown, almost black, which is just what I was looking for. Easy application and it dried very quickly. Now we see if it stands the test of time outside.
