Great pump
Worked great and good price!

Appears to be good quality, just not needed
Seems to be well made, but was unable to use. Never even opened the box. The original septic pump wasn't bad, just had some burned wiring, so we were able to get it running after pumping down the water level. Would have kept as a emergency backup, but with no return after 30 days, can't take that chance.

Great customer service!
The pump I purchased failed within the first 2 months. No obvious problem could be seen. I emailed the company and Ren responded quickly and warmly. He immediately sent a replacement pump within a couple of days. The new pump is working flawlessly and A+++++ for customer service. Thank you Ren for the great service and kindness. Integrity is hard to come by these days but Wassermann has it in spades!
