Aequo Color Cream Kit 4N Cafe Brown

This product exacerbated my grays, I can only blame myself..To begin with I have very few grays, did root touch ups, it kept getting worse. To be fair after you mix the colour tint with the developer, you are supposed to use it all and discard the bottle or the mix. Since I have few grays, I used it three times and after the second and third use the grays increased which is very distressing. The first time around, it covered and dyed well, or so it seemed, only to wash off in four days! I wanted to like the product as it is made by a French company and I believe created by a French hairdresser. It says natual but it isn't, it has polyphenols. You get gloves, hair colour tint shampoo, hair mask and a tint spray serum along with the colour and developer, a pamphlet with instructions in Hindi as well. The packaging is sophisticated. The colour doesn't make the hair rough, but it is pointless if the grays wash out in no time. Since the developer quantity is so less, it would have been confusing to mix the colour with having to guage developer amount to be used which is why, I mixed it all. It's difficult to squeeze out from the bottle, so I had to squeeze it down on my gloved fingers and rub it in my strands making the process messy and uncomfortable. I ordered Cafe Brown, but I was sent Trufle Brown, which is darker. Since it's a pain to return I kept it, the result was almost jet black. Since it's my roots I didn't care so much but poor move on part of the seller. It's expensive over-the-counter hair colour so really not worth it. I found it damaging in the end.
