Seemed like a smooth qiet trimmer with a nice case. I would like to have kept it. But I broke the fragile head trying to remove it, so I returned it. The instructions were unusable because it was in about a size 2 font. Couldn't read with 2 pair of glasses. Sizing was weird too, end up gapping up my hair. Wouldn't cut longer hair. Like it wanted to give you a 1 length high and tight shave all the way up. Ordered the Braun model...

Does ok on my beard but doesn't do a very good job on my head hair. I'm pretty bald and just need to trim my fringe and this trimmer just doesn't do a good job. It leaves little hairs sticking up that jt just doesn't cut at the length I want. Something about the guide attachment evidently. My older Braun did a good job on both, but unfortunately the batteries don't hold a charge any longer and I hate trimming with a cord plugged in. I won't have that option if the batteries die on this trimmer as it uses a cradle to charge. On the plus side the adjustment dial works well. Kinda pricey to throw in a drawer so will use it until I get fed up with it. Too late to return as I've used it several times.

I have been using this beard trimmer for a few weeks and it has made my morning routine much easier. The 20 length settings are simple to adjust and let me move from light stubble to a neat short beard without swapping guards. The trimmer feels solid in the hand and the grip is comfortable, so it does not slip when used in the bathroom. The cordless design is very handy and the battery has easily lasted through several trims before I needed to recharge it. Cleaning is straightforward because the head rinses under the tap and the waterproof body gives some extra peace of mind. The blades cut smoothly without pulling on my hair, which is important because my skin is a bit sensitive. Overall this has been a reliable, easy to use trimmer that keeps my beard looking tidy with very little effort.

Meh. Works okay. Way too overpriced for what you get.

I bought this product and reviewed all the instruction. It said to charge this product before using, which I did. I pugged it in and the RED flashing light came on. I let it charge for about 4 hours. The red flashing stayed on the entire time. I have used this Timmer two times and tried to charge after both uses, the red light counties to just flash red. I ran the battery all the way down thinking it needed to start over on the charging cycle, but after five hours charging the Timmer will not turn. The two uses I did, I was impressed with this Timmer.

Cannot adjust the running speed. The default (only?) speed is too slow and requires several passes to get a clean trim. Can't find anything in the manual or online to adjust so I'm returning. Otherwise it seems pretty nice, but just does not work for me. Oddly, I do not have the thickest of beards, nor was it all that long when testing, so I'm surprised others have not commented the same.

It does the job but never sounds like it is fully charged. It is strong enough to shave very short hair on my head. It does not cut ear hair very well. It is perplexing difficult to set it right in its cradle so it charges. It uses a USB-C to charge instead of a regular plug so I have to charge it in my bedroom instead of my bathroom. Who was the genius who came up with that idea?
