I have been take Omega 3 for a while now. My Doctor recommended finding an Omega 3 with high strength of EPA and DHA. I'm taking this for my dry eyes and cholesterol. My dry eyes is getting better and the cholesterol has improved. This brand does not have fishy taste or an after taste. I would recommend them.

I've gone through a LOT of brands of fish oil over the years. This one has been by FAR my favorite. The EPA/DHA split is perfect with little else in the pill. I'm a amateur bodybuilder, so the EFAs provided by this are one of my top 3 supplements i take. It helps joints stay lubricated and also is a pretty strong anti-inflammatory agent to help heal the tendonitis that comes with power lifting.I take 2 in the morning and 2 usually post-workout or at night.I have one fishy burp a month on average. My wife doesn't have a gall bladder and doesn't process fat as well; she gets fishy burps every day. Also, concentrated fish oils are known to be a stomach irritant. If you experience stomach pain while taking them start slow and add pills over time. You can even cut into the pill and drip out half of it if you struggle with 1 of these (they are pretty high dosing pills). You also may want to consult your doctor if they cause serious pain because i had 2 ulcers i was unaware of that were really the cause of my pain, the oils just irritated them.Make sure you let your doctor know you are taking concentrated fish oil if you are undergoing any treatment or surgery! It is a very powerful blood thinner and can cause serious issues on the operating table if you are still taking it! I went off for a week before my two surgeries this year just to make sure i didn't have any problems. Consult with your doctor on ALL herbal supplements, you never know.

I just couldn't commit to twice a day, standing with my mouth wide open while I drooled into the sink, etc. I don't have the patience for white teeth haha

Just started taking the fish oil gelcaps a month ago & noticed positive results. The gel caps have no after taste. Only heard good things about taking gel caps. My grandmother took every day & lived to 97. I want to do the same.

I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and I can say that my complexation looks better as well as my skin tone. I'm taking these with other products in hopes of losing weight. After 2 weeks in combination with taking this Omega 3 fish oil, Green Coffee Extract, Green Tea Extract, Pure White Kidney Bean Extract, probiotics and ALA I have lost 2 inches from my waist along with walking 3 to 4 miles per day and 10 pounds. & No I'm not leaving this review for a free or discounted bottle. This appears to be the very best Omega 3 on the market.Hope this helps, these really don't taste bad like traditional "fish oil" pills.
