Contact Amazon Support they'll get you a refund within a few days tops. I never contact sellers I always go straight to amazon. Too many sellers don't respond.

It's not a dark gray more of a medium gray.

Is it ?machine washable

It says hand wash only. You could try to Machine wash but you would probably loose a lot of fluff.
