主に血圧を下げるための何かを探した結果マグネシウムにたどり着き，マグネシウムとカルシウムはワンセットなのだという事実も知ったのでこちらを購入しました。 飲むと血管拡張作用により代謝が上がるため減量にも繋がりますし，もちろん血圧も下がるかと思います。自分はこれまでよく骨折をしてきたため，もしかするとマグネシウムとカルシウムが共に不足していた結果かもしれないので，今後怪我のないよう飲み続けていきたいなと思います。

Love these! Works great. I use these to help me sleep at night and as a supplement to recovery for workout because I do CrossFit and road bike. I use this at night time when I go to bed. I would just be careful if you take blood pressure medications because this does lower your blood pressure and it also makes you sleepy if he is it during the day FedEx freight to use at night time you wake up and feel great and you feel recovered

I’ve been using this product for a few years. I believe it helps with our bone health. Helps our bone stay strong!

I had a dental implant put in and it failed after two weeks, which means it fell out. So that left me with a missing piece of jaw bone. To fix that and later try again they had to put in bone graft and wait for it to calcify etc. after 2 months they x-rayed it and could see gaps and pieces of less dense bone. They said soon we would have to open my gums up again and place more bone graft. The next month I had been taking this vitamin and the scan showed bone being almost back to normal. One month. The dentist was shocked. I was shocked and relieved. They said we may be able to try an implant again within the next few weeks since it got so much better. I have only been taking this, biotin, and some of nature made’s prenatal . If you’re not sure about this vitamin I say try it. It worked super well for me! They are large but they don’t smell.

This is a nice combo supplement of essential minerals in well-balanced form.

So many fillers! WHY? This could/should be such a fantastic supplement! The main ingredient are awesome... Used to love this company, but lately their quality/integrity seems to be slippin. We've stopped using so many of their products.
