very good product. its perfect for the kindle. The light is just the right size, and the warm light does not strain your eyes. It has 4 settings of brightness although there is no need to use all 4 settings, the dimmest is perfect for me. The clip is strong and fits on the kindle without obscuring any of the screen. Being able to recharge is a bonus. I recommend this product to anyone who likes to lay in bed at night and read without disturbing there partner.

I read both on my Kindle paperwhite and also hard copy 'real' books. The kindle has its own built in light, so no problem.Reading actual paper books when someone else is sleeping did present a problem. Solved by this little light!I have found that one charge will get me through a large book, around 550 pages. I am a fast reader, so this may not be the same for everyone.The light charges well and I am very happy with it. The fact that it bends is also very helpful. So all good.*UPDATE* 7th Jan 21. Suddenly the light won't charge any more, so I am unable to use it. I emailed the suppliers several days ago, but have yet to hear anything back from them. I can't currently recommend this reading light because of this lack of response from the suppliers.

Bought this for a late night reading lamp for my office. could have spent more and got a plug in lamp but was really intrigued by this one as its much smaller. As expected, the light is much less than a mains light bulb, but this worked fine for me for a while. the battery life isn't so bad either, being a few hours which is good, but annoying if you forget to charge it. The light slowly dims down as the battery depletes, so that is a good indicator. I actually put mine into my little powerbank that can stand up on my desk and that made the use of this light much easier.I've had this light for a good while now, and recently installed a dimmer switch in my office which makes it kinda redundant for its intended purpose... But I will happily give 4 stars for this otherwise handy little lamp. Thanks

I'd firstly likely to mention the absolutely wonderful customer service I received from this company. Bought this light and after quite a few weeks of regular use, the battery needed charging. Due to my own ignorance, I assumed the product was faulty and wouldn't charge. Later, only to realise that I was inserting the USB charging part the wrong way! Nonetheless, i wrote an email and received a reply that very same day. Customer service was excellent and I received the replacement within a couple of days.The product itself is very versatile. I use it to read at night when my son is asleep in his cot next to us. Because of the flexibility of the spine of the light, I can bend the light into the required position, reducing any light spreading/bleeding into the rest of the room. This is invaluable as my son is a very light sleeper. Most of the light rays are hence confined to the book (hope that makes sense).

Unfortunately for me, I found this didn’t charge and had to return for a refund. The light was bright and had differing brightness which would have been perfect had it charged once the battery died

The delivery on this item was brilliant! It arrived in two days, .The light itself is really excellent, and just exactly what I was looking for. I have been struggling with a heavy cumbersome light for a long time now and finally lost patience so looked for a long time, and finally decided on this one.I am so glad I did, it's so lightweight and works with my Kindsle perfectly, even attached to the book cover that I use with the Kindle itself. I use it on setting one which is fine for me, and it doesn't disturb my husband at all. As you might gather I am really pleased with it.Well done on the delivery too!

Updated to reduce rating:After a few days use, I’m disappointed to say that the charge doesn’t hold and the lamp needs to be topped up daily to maintain any degree of quality light. My first positive impressions were misplaced and this is poor value and I’ve reduced my rating to a 1 star.I live in a rural area, so I keep light sources on charge and ready to go in the event of power cuts. Also, whilst reading in bed, I prefer a light source that doesn’t disturb my partner. This little lamp hits the spot.At first sight, I was slightly underwhelmed as I thought it was bigger. But rather than the thin wand lights I have, this actually delivers a light source which is more like real lamp. The light is clean, white and bright. The lamp build us robust and it’s adjustable. Charges very quickly; up to full power in less than an hour and it’s still going strong after more than 4/hours continuous use. Multi purpose and easy use for around a fiver (at time of purchase). Can’t fault it.

It has four options which makes it perfect for reading in the dark and the battery life lasts for at least 24 hours.However, I was having problems charging it. I plugged it into my PC, television and mobile charger, but had no luck.I contacted the company about the problem and they sent me a diagram on how to charge it and it worked like a charm.It is a great product with excellent customer support and is definitely worth buying.
