Flora Fields Herb Seeds: Lavender, English

For those who do not stratify seeds that need it, and yet post negative reviews: please plant them according to instructions, or find them on the internet.I froze the seeds in wet tissue for a day- worked, with 80% germination (I also sterilised the soil to prevent the seeds from getting fungal growth before sprouting: just microwave for 3 minutes). Also, seeds need just bare watering, and need to be exposed to indirect light to sprout. They sprouted in 2 weeks, an indication that the seeds were fresh.

it takes time to grow. used organic soil and watered very little but everyday and was kept indoor for 15 days. started growing sprouts after around 20 days. Around 60 - 70 % of seeds have grown

Never thought these'd germinate but they did (after cold stratification however - I tried sowing two batches, one with and other without cold stratification, only the stratified samples germinated) and grew 7 inches tall. But sadly, hot and humid weather killed the plants

I managed to grow 4 seedlings and feeling lucky as lavender is tough to grow from seeds and that too in normal garden soil with some compost. Sown in mid October at temperature range Max. 25-28, Min 14-18 C in Himachal. Cold stratified for 2 weeks.

They didn't grow at all :(
