I received a used item though I paid for a new one. Box was not sealed; there was not screen protection and all pouches were open.

You guys get a 2 star because the mics are good quality, besides all of that, you guys make things extremely confusing for the normal consumer, I bought i Mic 2 and can only Bluetooth it on a proprietary app for the phone, then I find out i have to buy a receiver so i buy a receiver that doesn't explain its only meant for the other cheaper mics and not t he dji 2 so now I'm stuck with a reciever that I cannot return because I bought it from a private seller, so now I'm looking for the right receiver for the dji mic 2 but now I only see DJI Mic 3s for sale and now I'm not sure if the DJI Mic 2 would work for it and mind you, all of this stuff is expensive, so now I have no choice but to return the Mic 2 and buy the Mic mini with the 1 Mic and 1 receiver but getting stuck with 2 Mic mini receivers because you guys dont sell the mini mics by itself.. I guess dji needs to make their money and their investors happy!

A completely useless device. I couldn't connect it to any of this brand's microphones (full-size microphone and mini version). There were no clear instructions for connecting it in the package. There were also no tutorials for this particular model on YouTube. I spent the whole evening on it and got no results. The plastic of the case felt shakier and of lower quality than in the photo. Also, the default language was Turkish, which was a bit illogical, as it was difficult to change the language without knowing Turkish, with strange translations from Google Translate.

Per esempio, durante una giornata di registrazioni per il mio progetto di vlog, non ho mai avuto la necessità di ricaricare i trasmettitori: sempre pronti e affidabili. Questo dettaglio fa davvero la differenza per chi lavora in mobilità. 📦 Usi quotidiani ed esperienze • Ho registrato un’intervista in un bar affollato: la voce principale era chiara, mentre i rumori circostanti restavano discreti. • L’ho provato per una diretta social: la gente nei commenti mi ha fatto notare quanto fosse migliorata la qualità rispetto al microfono interno del telefono. • Anche in cucina, registrando una ricetta con pentole e acqua in sottofondo, la voce rimaneva in primo piano senza fastidi.

This is not mic 2, this is mic 3:( Description says Mic 2 and because of this i miss my interview with kids :/

Unfortunately not backwards compatible with previous DJI products which is really annoying
