Massive difference on long hikes. Feet are the least of my pain problems
First, the bad. I wear a size 12us men's Asolo (which seems to run true to size) and these fit PERFECT. But that's bad if you have a size 13us men's. They also seem to curve more sharply inward than the stock asolo insoles. Basically, I slid them in, and no cutting needed. So if you are over a 12, maybe order a size up, not sure how the feel would fit then though. The good, or great I should say. These came recommended from a very experienced hiker friend who commonly does 15+ mile treks around New England. He actually suggested the Blues over the Greens to me as they are softer, and for anything around 10 miles, they are probably more comfortable. So far i've used them once to summit Mt. Washington up some very steep, bouldery trails, and what a missive difference they made!Heel Comfort: Is perfect. You don't notice it, it's not pillow-y, but you notice it after 5 miles (or 5+ hours under your feet). After summiting, I noticed I wasn't getting the slightest hint of heel compression or pain. Which usually there's a bit. But these really shined on the way down. Im about 200lbs with a 40lbs pack, and at times, a 40lbs dog in my arms. Descending large sharp boulders, one foot at a time, commonly on the heel, perfect for a shin splint. But after 9 miles and a 10+ hour day, my heels and shins were FINE. I was shocked the next day when I noticed that the knee pain, and other leg related soreness seemed to subside much quicker. The Toes: Now the Asolo Fugitive GTX for both me, this hiker friend, gets a hot spot/ blister point under the big toe. I think it's because it has a large toe box (good for warm socks, bad for the piggies), and I was hoping that maybe these would solve this problem. Hiker friend suggested greens when i specifically asked about correcting this. The did not solve this problem. However; they did make it better. I noticed that it was definitely different, and seemed easier to push past the burn. As well the next day it wasn't as bad, nor was there ever a physical blister bubble. Likely I will end up taping my toes in the future. The Arch: The arch is pretty high in these, which I need. I'd like them higher, but I didn't have any flat footing or arch strain/ cramping. No insole, out of the box, is EVER going to be perfect for everyone, or solve every piece of footwear's issues. But I am seriously impressed with these. Honestly probably going to replace every damn insole I have with some Superfeet product.

Simply the best.
These are better than any other orthotics I have tried. Much better support.

Simple, Affordable, and They Work
This will be brief. Years ago an orthopedic surgeon who specialized in foot disorder and injury advised me to order Superset instead of getting new casts for my feet and custom made inserts. The key, he said, is to change them out regularly and to have a pair for every pair of shoes that one uses regularly.I have followed his directions faithfully ever since. It has been 10 years since I first purchased this product. I have never regretted it. Highly recommended.Easy to fit into your shoes, comfortable and sturdy for a reasonable period. Given the cost of have custom built, cast created orthotics that work but get worn, smelly and less effective within six months, I really think that this option is the way to go.

Doctor recommended, did not disappoint
I have had foot pain for years. I recently saw a new podiatrist and he recommended these. Since he was not selling them himself and had no financial interest in them, I was hopeful. I was not disappointed! They fit my shoes well, are supportive and allow me to walk around Walmart without pain. This is a big deal for me. These are better than any other non-prescription shoe inserts I've ever tried, including some that cost over $1,000 from one of those mall "feet" stores. I got the "blue" style based on my doctor's opinion on how stiff they should be for me. You may need one of the other style inserts they make. I'm so glad I tried these. I use them whenever I leave the house.

These manage to cup the heal and support the ankle without destroying the fit of your shoes like some other styles of insoles
These things are bliss! I am a flat footed heavy pronator. Trying to walk on just my feet alone murders my knees over distance as my foot is rolling inwards. These manage to cup the heal and support the ankle without destroying the fit of your shoes like some other styles of insoles.BTW if you have wide feet like myself superfeet recommends you order a size up and trim them to fit. Its worked fine for me as I wear an 11 shot but got the F.BTW the blue SF are a medium all around. They have medium support and a medium "volume" or loft inside the shoe. So they fit nicely in most boots and trainers. For tight dress shoes you are gonna have to look into the blacks or carbons. The only downside is, these are a HARD plastic heel with 2-3mm of foam over it. So if your footwear doesn't have impact absorbing soles its gonna transmit all the impact and pressure into your feet as if you had taken the insoles out and rocked your shoes. The trade off is, one these will not work effective with thick foam or squishy gel because either will allow your heel to rotate. 2ndly you will always maintain anatomical ankle/talus position so you won't end up with a chain of pain running up your legs, though your knees, hips, and into your lower back. If you are a really heavy stepper or run with heel strikes....my advice would be to relearn how to walk/run so you are not abusing the crap out of your joints. Lean to walk with soft steps and how to run by landing on your midfoot, not your heel.

Arch Didn't Fit
The arch was in the wrong spot for my feet, had to return these, they seem like they would be good if the arch lined up.
