Delicate construction - yet sturdy enough to do the job.
I like this shockmount - it is well designed, well built, and it does the job admirably. The mic I am using is a beta version of a new design which was built by a friend of mine - so I needed a "one size fits all" solution - this mount is a doddle to use - the spring loaded arms are well designed and hold my mic snugly.It does the job - looks great too.:)

Samson G-Track Pro / Blue Yeti
If you buying this for Samson G-Track Pro or Blue Yeti microphone then dont bother anymore because it doesnt fit.I have to return this and search for even larger shock mount.

Aston Spirit slips
I bought this to go with my Aston Spirit and it wouldn’t hold the microphone - it kept slipping. I’m really surprised as the microphone is excellent and the shock mount is awful.
