I have used these clips for years and I cannot find a reason to change them.

They work great. I ride as fast on this bike as I do my other road bike with look peddles. They clip in and clip out when I want them to. The brass scratches easy but that makes sense because it’s brass under a persons feet. Overall I’m very happy and I will buy these again. I saw that other people buy cheaper versions of these that aren’t right and left specific and have problems with them. I don’t know if that would matter on my peddles but at least I can say I don’t have any problems with these so it’s worth the extra few dollars. It’s better to pay extra for the right part than save money and buy headache medicine because of having to deal with issues. I’m very happy with my purchase.

As advertised. Work great. Use the online tool for measuring... or better yet, order the metal shim plates for under the cleats... the plastic wears quick.

If you use Crank Brothers pedals, these are a seasonal replacement item. They get a low grad on "Durability" precisely because they are made to wear out faster than the steel parts of the pedals (otherwise, you'd be replacing the entire pedals). Because of that fact, they get replaced and your pedals can last a long time. New cleats make the pedals release much more smoothly.

Didn't know my old cleats were so worn out 'till I replaces my shoes and got these new cleats. Can't sing the praises of Eggbeaters high enough.

I was excited to find a nice deal on new cycling shoes, but sad they were sold out of Crank Bros cleats. It would take a while to order some in. I found these online but then worried they might be too aggressive since I had the "easy release" style before. They arrived next day and found they worked great (with a shim to tweak the depth) and are actually easier to unclip than my old cycling shoes. Very pleased.
