This hat is super cute and exactly what it’s supposed to be! I used the brown one as a mini scarecrow hat and everyone loved it! The headband is super comfy and doesn’t slide off. I was a little worried to get it because there are no dimensions listed and some reviews say it’s super small and I was worried it would be like 2 inches tall but it’s perfect. I think those reviewers just don’t understand that the whole point of this hat is to be mini and not a full sized 23 inch circumference hat, that’s why it’s on the headband. So this is super cute and exactly as ordered!

Super cute and matched the skirt I got separately form Amazon to match my daughter. Stays on your head really well and while I thought it was going to be cheap quality it actually is well made, overall worth he purchase!

My wife bought this Halloween hat on impulse without looking carefully at the reviews. This is sized for no larger than a newborn baby’s head. Suggestion: put the measurements in the listing and avoid returns.

You obviously know it's small from the pictures, the headband fits and isn't crazy tight yet it stays in place perfectly, I forgot I was wearing it at times honestly.
