This book provides an excellent resource for any swimmer, coach, or instructor. good for the instruction for the drills
I give four stars because many unwanted things as the drills they just want to fill the book but how ever the main swimming drills is just maybe 5 types thats all and the less of them are same and different design and a lot of talk but the book is nice for the instructional and teach for practicing great i recommend

-Easy to use -Plenty of information for any level swimmer -More drills in here than most people will ever use *I think the best thing is the section for corrections if you can't seem to get the drill right. I highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their swim.
