Not good only 3 month use.Product very high noises.No technical support very bad experience.Don't buy product.

I have been using this chair since from last month, after one month of using this chair I could say it's comfortable for me as I am 6ft tall, cousion is good and build quality of hand rest and wheel set is average, not so high-quality, Lil high price then local market...i brought this through Amazon Pay Later using EMI system...

I have been using this chair for a year now - this is a good chair but since locally made the finish is not great.1. The back rest is attached to the seat in the bottom by five screws - issue is the moment you sit in the chair the screw would come out of the grooves and fall on the ground and so the back rest will tilt to its extreme and you might fall down as well.2. The arm rest contains three screws(each) and holds the seat and the back rest together - hence when from point 1 the back rest tilts to its extreme there is a lot of pressure on the screws which start coming out.3. The caption says leather - though I am not sure about it - I normally use a towel else it becomes too hot and sticky.4. The wheels are good no issues with that and they dont leave a mark on the floor5. There is a noise that comes from the chair any time you move or tilt on it (its a creaking sound - I tried using oil and calling on the number and that wasnt of much help)6. This is a fixed chair - no tilt limit settings - the height is adjustable and there are no issues with itHad there been a good finish that the screws and bolts stay in place this would have been an awesome chair with a CEO feel.

Product is ok. Back support could have been better. Handle nuts are coming out at hand rest area, thickness of handle cushion needs to be improved.Overall good but not as per expectations

I am very happy with the purchase. I generally need to sit for long hours for my office work and I feel very comfortable sitting on this chair. This chair gives good back and shoulder support which has relieved me from back pain which I was suffering from. Good purchase and value for money. The seller "Seat Chacha" has also extended cooperation to get this chair installed.The product and service quality has made me a happy customer of "SEAT CHACHA".

This chair can be assembled easily and doesn't require any professional help. There's an installation video link provided and that's very easy to follow. The seller is approachable and addressed our queries in a professional manner.The key issue lies with the overall quality of the chair itself though. Key sections are stapled using big staple pins. The threads used to stitch up the rexine cover is flimsy and will tear off easily. The base is stapled with a thin black cloth using mere staples and again can come off easily. The metal section of one of the wheels had sharp unfinished edges and it's clear that it was assembled without much care or focus on quality. I don't see this chair surviving beyond 5 months!

It's a good product. From day one, I noticed that quality of wheels is very very poor. While sitting on it, it is difficult to move chair. After waiting for a long period also, wheels didn't improve. I am planning to change the wheels.Rest all chair is good.

Got this product today. (Actually, 20 minutes back). I'm so impressed by it that I couldn't wait to write a review on it.1. DELIVERY :- I'm from Aizawl Mizoram, in the north-east. It took exactly 7 days to reach my place. Other items i ordered usuall took 8-10days. So this product has been the fastest one yet, in terms of delivery.2. ASSEMBLY :- It took me less than 5 minutes to assemble it. Its easy to figure out eventhough it has no manual. The hardest part about the assembly is on screwing the three screws and then screwing it back again after joining the seat and the backrest. The hydraulics are just a push and lock type. So I think the assembly is very easy.3. LOOKS :- As seen in this picture, the looks fit my recording studio perfectly. I have no complaint about the looks, built and finishing of this chair.4. COMFORT :- I'm writing this review while sitting on this product. I'm already starting to love this chair, eventhoug it has been in my possession for only about an hour.5. OVERALL :- Overall, I just love this product. Value for money? Of course, this has the best value for its price. It looks and feels like an expensive chair, but you spend only a fraction of it. Reliability-wise, I am yet to find that out. But for now, I really really recommend this product. I dont really care if it doesnt last 10 years, and i dont really expect it. But who knows? This chair may surprise me again.This product truly deserves a FIVE STAR ***** rating. Highly recommended.
