For those who prefer a slightly less oversized look and are more petite like me, stepping down to the 34 size might be the sweet spot, but the high-end craftsmanship and polished style make this a truly fabulous piece and a great value since it will last forever with care.

At this point, this bag is a rite of passage for NY ladies. Well done Coach! Debating on whether to leave her classic or dress her up with charms. I love this bag! The box it was delivered in was huge! Huge! The bag was well protected and came without a blemish and had all the components as it should! The color is deep, cool, and chic. I’ve been waiting around and watching it for a bit so I’m excited to use this as my new school bag. It’s lightweight but still feels sturdy. Bag appears well made and the quality is excellent. I’m glad I went with the Brooklyn 39 Merlot as a 5’9 woman, this bag suits me very well. I also love how the strap sits on my shoulder comfortably. Some bags seem to slide right off. I hope it continues to hold up over time, but this is a lovely purchase & will help throughout school.

This is a beautiful bag but unfortunately it was too big and bulky for me, sadly I had to return it!

Lot’s of room! Beautiful bag! Color is on point! Prove was amazing compared to the loved leather one I got, almost half the price! I sprayed it with suede protection and I’m ridiculously careless, so far nothing has stained or anything that’s would ruin suede, which is really quite easy! I mentioned I have the loved leather, I swear these bags are amazingly durable, comfortable and gorgeous!

No words can describe this bag. My favorite addition to my collection. I love her really bad. The box came half open and banged up but the purse had no damage.

Everything was better than expected! (and I have high expectations for Coach to begin with!) The 5 star reviews are all cortex so I won't repeat...best arrival time, best arrival packaging, outstanding arrival condition. (And i did receive the icon Coach, chained attached:)!!

I had my eye on this bag for about a year and finally bought it - my first Coach bag! I love the color (merlot) and the big size is perfect for my needs especially as a mom. It arrived expertly packaged. Every piece of hardware protected and inside stuffed and packaged to keep its shape. The big disappointment is that the signature Coach tag was missing. I checked the pocket and unrolled every single piece of packing paper hoping to find it without any luck. I saw a few other reviews mention the missing tag as well. It’s such a trivial thing but I’m so disappointed. It’s not worth the hassle to return and risk not getting a refund.

I've wanted this bag since it first dropped. It is even more STUNNING in person. It was like Christmas to see it on sale during AMAZON PRIME!!! I was able to get for almost half the price!!!! (This year, AMAZON PRIME gave some PHENOMENAL DEALS!!!) UPDATE: My first review was for the brown loved leather color. It arrived new, in coach factory wrapping. So, that review still stands. HOWEVER, I was not so fortunate with several other orders. During prime day, I also ordered the cream and blue bag. They both arrived in USED condition. Originally, I considered keeping them because they were bought on sale. The final straw of disappointment was when I ordered the ruby red color (at fun price) and it also arrived USED - warped leather and scratches! OUTRAGEOUS FOR A $500 bag!!! For that reason, I have decided to return all 3 of the raggedy bags. Sale or not, if it’s advertised as NEW, it should arrive NEW. This is HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL quality control and customer service. For the price of these bags, it should be a priority to ensure great quality. It’s a slap in the face when customers are spending hard earned money for a quality product- only to receive what they may have thrown in the trash.

La bolsa es de una calidad increíble, venía perfectamente empacada con protección de hule espuma dentro de una bolsa sellada, con todas sus etiquetas. Es 100% piel que puede hasta llegar a ser pesada por el tamaño, se siente lujosa, los sellos, las puntadas y, los charms que incluye y los herrajes son perfectos. He recibido múltiples cumplidos cuando la uso! Creo que es el diseño más bonito de las brooklyn, me encantan los flecos y el movimiento y el estilo que le dan a la bolsa. Sin duda la recomiendo y la volvería a comprar en otro color o tamaño, es bellísima y todo indica que está hecha para durar muchos años, lo cual hace que valga la pena la inversión.

Este fue un regalo para mi hermana. Le encantó! Es 100% original. Desde que lo abres te llega el olor a piel. Estaba buscando esta versión ya que en México solo había en Negra o Café (las clásicas). Lo mejor fue a un gran precio.

Está hermosa, llegó perfectamente empacada. Con su bolsa cubre polvo. Está grande y no tiene ninguna bolsa o cierre interior.

Es más de lo que esperaba, para las que ya conocen es una bolsa bastante grande, sencilla pero elegante y lo mejor, de piel, para donde la balancees huele riquísimo a piel. Bueno ya por el lado del paquete, me encantó, viene súper protegida hasta del llavero, el imán, todo. El color está hermoso, un difuminado como tipo vaquera, no no no, estoy que muero con mi bolsa, está divina y el precio fue lo mejor, la recomiendo, no te vas a arrepentir.
