I’m new to creatine powder, but this seems to do its job! I wanted something smaller than the big buckets of powder just in case I didn’t like it. I got unflavored and mixed it in room temp water, but it mixes well in apple juice and fruit smoothies also. It dissolved pretty fast with no chunks and doesn’t have an unpleasant taste like most ‘unflavored’ powders. Within 20 minutes, I was ready for my workout and didn’t get fatigued 20 minutes after starting. I didn’t believe it helped with recovery but I’m not super sore after workouts like I usually am! I’d say it’s good quality and a good value for the money. I’ve had 10 scoops out of the bag already and it doesn’t look touched so it will last a while, even with taking 5 scoops for the first few days like the directions say.

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound of beneficial amino acids. It has been shown to boost muscle energy but also shown to reduce fatigue and there's growing evidence to support that it boosts cognitive function in adults over age 50. I take creatine daily for these reasons. This brand of creatine dissolves very easilly. The entire bag was $10 and lasted a very long time. I didn't experience gritty taste or bloating. I am very happy with the product and have already reordered a second bag. Results are good. After six weeks my bench press has increased dramatically and dumbell workouts have improved, yielding visible results. I also am less fatigued and feel that it benefits cognition. Just get it, do the loading and then reduce to maintenance dose. You have nothing to lose but $10 and a lot to gain.

I have been using this brand since Feb this year (2025). As a retired athlete I find that this is the best brand that I have ever used in my 26+ years of racing and provides the best health/performance benefits possible. I try to stay healthy, after my racing career caught up with me and I became disabled, I am doing my best to regain my strength and get a decent form back. I may not be racing anymore and my workout regimen is nothing like it once was, but this brand does indeed do what is supposed to do. I will say this about the product, it starts to clump once you get closer to the bottom of the tub but I am sure it’s probably due to moisture over time. I did drop a moisture absorbing packet in the tub to help keep it fresh once I noticed the clumping so I will drop a fresh moisture absorbing packet in right away on my reorder. I have used many brands over the years, top brands that cost over 4 times the amount of this one and I honestly believe, again, this has been the best I have ever used. No taste, fine texture, no spikes, very effective, again the quality is by far the best I have ever consumed and my labs look really good, my doctors are amazed at my achievements and I know that this along with other supplements help me in achieving my new goals. This as part of your stack or just part of your workout supplements is a good choice. I say give it a shot, I think you will be satisfied. Just remember, you must load first if you are not currently taking it already and do your best not to miss a day. I usually drop an ice cub in my bottle, add sports mix along with 1 scoop of this and it mixes well, no need for a protein shaker or using a spoon. Pretty decent option for creatine at a cheap price. It mixes well with whatever you choose to put it in. My biggest issue is I feel like the provided scoop definitely isn’t the recommended 5 grams for a serving.

I've been using this creatine for over 9 months, and I've been very happy with it. I mainly use it in my shakes, and it dissolves very well. It's tasteless and doesn't alter the flavor of my drinks. It hasn't caused me any stomach upset, and I appreciate that it's micronized, free of fillers, and high quality. It's easy to incorporate into my daily routine and has worked very well for me. I will definitely continue buying it.

He likes it because it blends easily (no gritty clumps floating around like sad little snow globes) and he swears it makes a difference in how he feels during workouts. As a mom, I appreciate that it’s simple, clean, and does what it claims without any fuss. When a product becomes a staple in a teenager’s routine, you know it’s doing something right. This one has earned a permanent spot on our shelf.

A great way to get some creatine into your diet if you eat a plant based diet like I do. One bag lasts me a couple months so it is a great value for the money. I just add some into my orange juice at breakfast time and it seems to help me feel better throughout the day.
