Truly plug and play. This camera came in handy because my Dell's integrated webcam is/was not functional of which I made sure the settings were correct, did some troubleshooting and nothing fixed the problem. So, I bought this Spedal cam right away because I had some important can't-miss business related zooms coming up. This camera has great clarity and a nice sleek design. If you're looking for something like this, I highly recommend this product. No software needed, but there is an option to download software to utilize additional features.

Like many here, I found myself on countless videomeetings with a low quality built-in laptop camera.Bought this and immediately was given compliments on the increase in video quality, colors and resolution.Some of the comments I've read have proven to be true:- PLUG & PLAY: Works instantly and effortlessly- RESOLUTION: Clean and clear as advertised. Doesn't have the sharpness of a phone camera, but much better than stock laptop cam- MOUNT: Stays on my screen stably, and can be moved with little effort- COLOR TONE: Okay. Has a strange white balance, where I'll appear a bit ghostly with natural light unless I crank up warm-toned lights. This doesn't occur with other cameras I have.- FIELD OF VISION: Extreme wideness... Camera would have to be a foot from my face have the same frame to body ratio as other people.Ultimately a very good upgrade, but some quirks of it may prove a dealbreaker for some (including me).

I use this for meetings that take place in a living room, where in person attendees are spread throughout the room. The camera is clear, everyone fits in the wide angle view, and those online can hear everyone clearly. The remote control is a plus, enabling close up shots, and other nice features. This device is plug and play, had it up and running in minutes. No complaints.

All on screen text is backwards! When muting the mic a very large red icon covers the screen making it impossible to see your camera. There was not quality control in place when this item was manufactured. Definitely do not recommend.

The Spedal Live Camera worked right out of the box! I did not have to go through any lengthy instructions, just plugged it in and opened up whatever program uses the camera and selected the Live Camera USB.What I like most about it is the color quality. I have noticed the camera on my computer was very grainy and only got better with a lot of light. With the spedal camera the quality is instantly better.Another reason why I bought this add on camera was to raise the point of view from my laptop to the large screen I am using. Before to get the actual look right I had to look down at my laptop but now I can look straight ahead and people on the other side can see my eyes looking straight on.I am excited to try out my camera on more of my livestream broadcasts and webinars.

La compré para grabar videos y como tiene más resolución hace que en vez de la tela del croma se vea toda la habitación, no pude encontrar una manera de solucionar eso así que sigo usando mi cámara anterior. Fue una pérdida de dinero, la tengo, pero no le encuentro un uso práctico

I setup virtual meetings at work this is great for those meetings. I set it up point it towards the people onsite that are attending the meeting people at home get to see who’s at the meeting. Love that I can zoom in and out remotely.
