I have always followed MPW and I love his notion of take it or leave it The choice is yours Never will I ever be able to emulate his brilliance and accomplishments But I will as many others do endeavour to take inspiration from his work

This is the most interesting and inspiring book. It’s full of amazing images by Bob Carlos-Clarke and lots of interesting tales by other inspired chefs. A totally must have collectable book!
