Vine the Black-Footed Ferret

I LOVE THIS LITTLE FERRET SO MUCH... it's so adorable and soft! the design of this plush is phenomenal and so detailed, i love how it's a nice mix of cute, realistic, and pretty. the fur materials feels so soft, high quality, and satisfying to touch, it's like touching a cloud! and i am not sure how big a real ferret is but this plush seems life sized! it's big enough for cuddling with but also small enough for holding around. in bright lighting, you can see that it has yellow eyes, and it's just so cute!! before i bought this, i saw a smaller ferret plush from the same brand named dapper the ferret, but i'm so glad i got vince the ferret instead. he's very huggable and detailed! if you are looking for a ferret plush, or maybe you want a ferret but are unable to get a real one, this one is perfect and absolutely worth 26 dollars!!

I own quite a few stuffed animals for both appearance + comfort, and this one fits both! I think Douglas is definitely the best brand out there at an affordable price. A little pricier than most, but you can tell there's a reason for that. The fur is incredibly soft and there are no holes whatsoever. Also, everything from the fur quality, fur colors, and overall shape are both realistic to black-footed ferrets while still being very cute and simplistic. However, the build is very firm (as you could guess by the neck having to be held up), and personally this doesn't bother me but if you like "squishier" cotton or beanie-baby type stuffed animals, this may not be for you. Overall, I love this little guy!

I purchased this ferret for my 91-year-old neighbor who used to have a pet ferret. She said the ferret is very cuddly and looks just like her pet. She loved it so much she told her daughter to make sure she's buried with the ferret! When she told me that, I had tears in my eyes. My neighbor wanted me to send another ferret to her daughter who also used to have ferrets and is now going through chemo. Who would think a stuffed ferret would bring so much happiness to others?

So watching cute videos of ferrets online is a hit right to the heart. I craved a fluffy noodle of my own. Of course, right now the apartment I am living in would not be the ideal place for a pet ferret. So I bought this stuffed animal to hold me over!! Pros: - No paying for food/exotic vet - Very soft. Long noodle - No cleanup or maintenance required! The most you would have to do is rescue him after he falls off your bed! - He is REALLY cute. And a perfect size to snuggle your arms around (even as an adult...). - No biting! No smell! Cons: - Does not share a live ferret's ability to move from a solid to a liquid state. - Far less wiggles. - Not as warm for cuddling (but probably safer to cuddle in the long run).

I bought this for my niece, who had asked her parents for a real one. Well, that being a "NO", I thought it would be fun to get her a stuffed one. It's adorable, and she didn't put it down. Her dad was also playing with it himself! a hit, to be sure.
