Its slightly sweet and pungent taste is well balanced and not overpowering, making it easy to incorporate into sauces, soups, and marinades. I can effortlessly spoon out the amount of garlic I need and add it to my recipe. Good purchase
Very good, convenient. Larger size helpful as I use quite a bit in recipes. Better than those packed in oil.

Our favorite brand.
This is our favorite brand of garlic. It may cost a little more than some, but it has great flavor. Perfect for making garlic bread.

Good price -- especially when you factor in labor of peeling and mincing it yourself
Fresh garlic in a jar. At least a months worth.

Don't buy if your curious whether this might be better than powdered or fresh garlic
It may be that this has mysterious uses that chefs know about, but for the average person it's probably not what you are looking for. Garlic mush. It has a very strong citric acid flavor too, so it tastes halfway between unsweetened lemonade and garlic. Would be much better if it were preserved in brine instead of with strongly flavored citric acid. Good price though. Edit to add There is one good use for this I found. Baking soda usually has limited use in bread because it needs to react with an acid. This product is loaded with citric acid, so very acidic. If you drain all the liquid, then mix this with flour and baking soda, then put in the oven and wait for the smoke alarm to go off you will have a sort of garlic bread.
