Ha Ha! It's a joke that it doesn't work.

I'm sure this works based on each person's individual ear ringing issues. I'd say it brought mine down from a 10 to a 7. Some relief, but not complete for me. It isn't very expensive, so worth a try to see if it works for you. Tinnitus is the absolute worst! Any relief is helpful.

This product works great. I don’t have that loud ringing anymore. Sometimes a low buzzing or even silence. I love it’s an homeopatic product. A good advice is to drink 2-3 liters of water daily, and to avoid caffeine and alcohol (which dehydrates you). Water is key in Tinnitus because dehydration can affect the inner ear’s fluid balance and blood flow.

For me, the ringing in my ears was awful! Been using this now for a coupleof months & the buzzing is minimal now. It doesn't cure the noise, but it sure helps to quiet it down so you are not distracted.

The product is exactly as described and the seller was perfect. However, the product is worthless. I used it for 2 days as described. Things got worse. I was dizzy, my equilibrium was now messed up. I contacted the company directly and was told that after 2 days I should discontinue use and see a doctor. I asked them to stand behind their product and they denied any type of refund. Its not fair to return a useless product to an Amazon seller after its been opened... so I'm left with no solution. Don't waste your money on this product.

This product does to work have tried it several times but don't feel any difference.
