Works well for raising catch basins.
Worked well for raising several catch basins that had over time become low as the grass grew around it. One of the best features is that the riser can be cut to fit the existing catch basin.

Does it’s job
Did exactly what we needed. Wanted to raise this basin to remove a tripping hazard. This fit perfect and was a quick trim with a saw.

It takes 5" screw to the bottom if you could find them. Otherwise, it works well.
No screws to attach to the bottom because it takes 5" screws to do it, and it does not exist.

Perfect fit as is
This riser was a perfect fit for extending the height of my NDS 12-inch catch basin. The screws fit and it's a solid connection without tape. The top grate also lines up perfectly. Though I don't buy the assertions that you can cut the bottom off to adjust the height - you would lose strength, stability, and attachment features if you do that.
