absolutely amazing!! i got my nostril pierced like three weeks ago and accidentally hit my nose while washing my face. it got really irritated, bled whenever i touched it, and developed a small bump around the jewelry. right when this was delivered, i mixed a little bit into a paste and left it on for about 5 minutes until it started to slightly burn. i got a little paranoid and washed it off, and SO much of the buildup of blood and crust came off with it!! i wish i kept in on longer honestly, it felt so much better afterwards. i’ve been mixing it into a littlebowl, and soaking my nose in it for just a few minutes every night, and it’s already working so well! i will include final results once it’s completely healed. my advice for you: the first few days, mix it into a paste and leave it on until it burns slightly, then soak it twice daily. :) totally recommend!!

I cannot rave enough about this brand or this product!I purchased this as a last effort to calm down inflamed cartilage piercings. I went to the piercer who told me to clean it twice a day with the recommended saline spray, don’t touch it & it would get better. After a month of letting it be & following those instructions I was still left with keloid looking bumps that were extremely painful. I followed up again & they told me the same thing as before. So, I did what they tell you not to do & found alternative methods of treatment. I did what another user suggested & sprayed a cotton swab with the saline spray & made a paste with the salt, lathered it on my piercings & went to sleep. I would rinse it in the shower in the morning & put the Urban ReLeaf piercing bump oil on with a q-tip after I got out & not touch it again until before bed when I would repeat the treatment. After a week, they have healed substantially! Not 100% but way more progress than I was seeing otherwise.This stuff is a holy grail & amazing if you’re feeling like nothing is helping & want some relief!Warning: the salt paste is not the recommended treatment so do it at your own discretion & be forewarned that it doesn’t feel great at first, especially when your piercing is angry, but it will get better!

I finished my first jar of this and this would be my second time buying it, I have a bridge piercing and even though I've had it for a couple of years it still gets irritated and bumps might form. This is the one thing that helps me get rid of them fast, I just do as the direction says but I take a shot glass or a cap to put the water mixture in to be able to soak that area, then I apply a bit of antibiotics and the bump is gone in a couple of days. Really recommend it!If you still have trouble with irritation bumps it may be the type of metal of the piercing so try to use something high quality like implant grade titanium to see if it helps.

i am genuinely the worst at piercing aftercare - i can keep up with the daily cleaning for at most maybe 3 weeks, after that i toss the fate of my piercing up to the universe. this salt soak has managed to cure every single sticky piercing bump situation that i have encountered. my nostrils both had some issues with bumps and uncleanliness, but after just a few days of this soak the problems truly disappeared. my most problematic piercing has been my helix, she has been popping up with bumps every day for the entire year that i’ve had her. partly my own fault for not bothering with healing it (“if it ain’t a keloid i don’t care” mindset), but this salt soak IS MAGIC. after only applying it daily for about a week or so, my helix bumps have finally gone down and the piercing is no longer painful, literally cured overnight. and once again, i am THE WORST at aftercare. so long as you aren’t developing keloids, i 100% recommend this salt soak, she will absolutely help cure even the most stubborn of piercings! it’s also a great bang for your buck - i’ve had one small jar of this soak for about two years now and she has been there for me through thick and thin!! (another bonus is that it smells amazingly fresh, incredibly soothing)

The media could not be loaded. So you have to mix the salt with water in a cup and soak the irritated piercing that needs cleaning for five minutes twice a day it’s not bad at all it’s quick with results but takes a little longer if it’s an old irritated piercing bump overall it’s working well
