This stuff packs a punch when it comes to protein which means I stay fuller for longer and consume less calories. Tastes great in a blender with ice- mixed with water so no milk required.

Great stuff has all the vitamins etc that you need. Is very filling easy to drink and is value for money would definitely recommend if your looking to lose a little weight

Good overall but taste is different to ready made bottle. I've tried almond, oat and whole milk and the taste is ok but not as nice as the ready made drink.

Where do I start, preparation is very messy, no scoop in the bag and 90g to transfer ( 5-6 heaped teaspoons). Product is hard to dissolve in a shaker, bag says 10 seconds, or until smooth, which it is not possible to achieve after 5 minutes in my normal shaker, which takes only 20/30 seconds for alternate products. Benefits come at a cost 41g of protein costs you 400 calories, against say 261 calories for 40g with CPN MR. Granted it is slightly cheaper per shake but all in all the messy prep, chalky taste due to non dissolved product and extra calories make it a NO for rebuy.

Prodotto molto valido. 40g di proteine per porzione (per me che sono uomo e peso 94 chili) ti permettono di arrivare a cena senza fame. Sapore vaniglia non invasivo nè eccessivo. Per me è valido

Der Geschmack ist gut - für mich jedoch nicht entscheidend. Was ich wirklich herausragend finde, ist die Tatsache, dass hier anscheinend keinerlei chemische oder künstliche Süßstoffe, Farbstoffe und Aromen enthalten sind. Das ist genau das, was ich (sehr lange) gesucht habe.
